Free shipping thresholds apply outside the US: orders over £49 in the United Kingdom, A$79 in Australia, C$95 in Canada, and NZ$110 in New Zealand. Standard shipping costs £6.95 in the UK, A$6.95 in Australia, C$6.95 in Canada, and NZ$9.95 in New Zealand.
What if Mint & Lily sends the wrong or a damaged item?
Mint & Lily will make it right at no extra cost, with a replacement, a refund, or another suitable remedy. This applies to personalized items too and is not limited by the normal return conditions.
Will I pay import duty on a Mint & Lily order?
UK orders up to £135 are not subject to UK customs duty. In Australia, orders under A$1,000 are not charged import duty or GST on arrival.
Can I return personalized Mint & Lily jewelry?
Personalized and custom pieces are final sale unless the item is defective or materially different from what you ordered. Mistakes caused by details you entered, such as misspellings or wrong dates, are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long is the Mint & Lily warranty?
Jewelry is covered for five years from purchase. Mint & Lily will repair it, replace it, or give you store credit.
Is there a limit on Mint & Lily warranty claims?
Yes. To keep the warranty fair, Mint & Lily may limit coverage for more than three claims in twelve months, claims covering more than half of your total purchases, or signs of misuse or fraud.
