MAKEUP BY MARIO coupon questions
Six questions people actually ask us.
Why isn't my MAKEUP BY MARIO discount code working?
Discounts do not apply to Holiday Kits, MoistureGlow On The Go, Mario's Lip Lift Kit, or items that are already discounted. Loyalty codes cannot be stacked during site-wide sales, and other exclusions may also apply.
What is the MAKEUP BY MARIO Welcome Discount?
It is a one-time-use code valid only on full-price purchases. You must use the same email address you signed up with at checkout, and it cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions or applied to new product launches.
Do MAKEUP BY MARIO discounts apply to past purchases?
No. MAKEUP BY MARIO discounts are not retroactive and will not apply to past purchases.
Does MAKEUP BY MARIO offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. purchases of $35 and over, excluding taxes, and takes 2-5 business days once the order has shipped. UPS 2 Day shipping costs $15.00 and is available in the U.S. only.
Do I have to return a free gift if I return my MAKEUP BY MARIO order?
Yes. If an order that included a free gift is returned, the gift must also be returned, and free gifts are not eligible for exchange. Failing to return the complimentary product may result in a charge.
Can I use a MAKEUP BY MARIO gift card anywhere other than makeupbymario.com?
No. MAKEUP BY MARIO gift cards are redeemable only at makeupbymario.com and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
