Do I get my Maison Miru Stack points back if I return an order I paid for with points?
Yes, points are returned when a purchase that used points is cancelled or once Maison Miru confirms the product was satisfactorily returned. If only some products are returned, the points come back on a proportional basis.
How many Maison Miru Stack points do I need for a discount?
Redemptions are $10 off for 500 points, $20 off for 1,000 points, or $30 off for 1,500 points. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Does Maison Miru offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping applies to US orders of $150 and over. US orders below $150 pay a flat $7 shipping rate, and international orders have flat rates that vary by country.
Will I lose my Maison Miru Stack points if I delete my account?
Yes. Deleting a Rewards Account permanently deletes its data, and participants forfeit their points. Opting out of the loyalty program's financial incentives also expires all accumulated points immediately.
Are duties and taxes included in Maison Miru prices for international orders?
No. Duties and import taxes are not included in listed prices, and customs calculates them on delivery, so they are difficult to estimate beforehand.
