When a gift card or store credit is used towards your purchase, refunds are automatically issued as store credit before any refund goes to your credit card.
Does Lulu and Georgia charge a restocking fee?
Orders that are cancelled or refused at delivery because of sizing issues are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How long does Lulu and Georgia shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 5 to 7 business days unless the product page says otherwise, and furniture and other oversized items take longer because they travel by freight carrier.
What does Lulu and Georgia furniture delivery include?
The delivery team cannot move existing furniture and does not install products, but it will do a light assembly and remove packaging debris if applicable. You must inspect the item at delivery, note any damage on the proof of delivery, and sign for it.
