Lids coupon questions

Six questions people actually ask us.

Which products are excluded from Lids promo codes?

Lids promotions exclude auctions and product drops, product already on sale, limited-quantity items, items for recent championship or other special events, trading cards and certain memorabilia, select jerseys, on-field headwear, die cast and certain collectibles, and certain premium brand products. Additional exclusions may apply at Lids' discretion.

Does spending on a Lids gift card count toward a promo code minimum?

No. Gift card purchases do not count toward any minimum spend required for a Lids discount, and Lids discounts and promotions do not apply to gift cards.

Does shipping count toward the minimum spend for a Lids discount?

No. Only the as-discounted retail price counts toward a minimum spend, excluding shipping, taxes and handling fees.

Where does Lids free shipping apply?

Lids free shipping promotions are valid in the Continental U.S., US Territories and AFO/FPO addresses. They exclude heavy, large and bulky items.

Will I pay more at Lids if an item's price goes up before my exchange?

No. Lids honors the original purchase price you paid, including any promotions or discounts used at checkout. If the current price is lower, no refund is issued because the exchange is processed under the original transaction.

Does Lids charge a return shipping fee?

If you choose a refund to your original payment method and use the Lids return label or QR code, a return shipping fee of up to $9.99 is deducted. The fee is waived if the return is due to Lids' error, and original shipping costs are not refunded.
