Will Langdock raise my price when my contract renews?
At renewal, the current list price for new customers applies, but any discounts agreed with you continue to apply. Langdock will notify you of price changes by email at least 30 days before the end of the applicable notice period for termination.
How much does Langdock cost?
Langdock's license fee depends on the number of users, the selected contract term, and the chosen product and add-ons. Usage-based fees, such as API calls, can apply on top of the license fee.
Does Langdock refund unused prepayment if I cancel?
Yes, any unused prepayment for usage-based services is refunded to the customer upon termination of the Langdock contract.
How are Langdock API and usage fees billed?
Usage-based fees for Langdock are billed monthly in arrears unless otherwise agreed. Langdock may require a prepayment for usage-based services, and once it is used up, those services can be suspended until a further prepayment is made.
What is the Langdock cancellation notice period for an annual contract?
A Langdock contract with a term of one year or more renews automatically for 12-month periods unless either party gives notice of termination at least 14 days before the end of the current term.
Is Langdock certified and hosted in the EU?
Langdock is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II audited, and the entire application and most models can be hosted in the EU.
