Many brands shipping directly from manufacturers have separate thresholds, often requiring $59 with an account or more as a guest.

- Blank items can be returned within 100 days of purchase, except underwear, face covers, Final Sale items, opened socks, and custom-printed items. The first return is free, subsequent returns cost $15, and there are no restocking fees.

Does Jiffy have free shipping, and do I need a promo code for it?
Blank apparel ships free on orders of $59 or more, and transfers, Die-Cut, Kiss-Cut and UV DTF stickers, and custom-printed apparel for guests ship free at $29 or more. Most orders at or above the free shipping threshold qualify automatically, with no coupon code required.
Do Jiffy Ships From brands count toward free shipping on other items?
No. Items from Ships From brands do not count toward other free shipping promotions, and each brand is treated as its own sub-order. Tultex brands, for example, ship free at $59 and ship for $11.95 and up under that threshold.
How do Jiffy Transfer Rewards work and when do they expire?
Transfer purchases of $40 to $79.99 earn 1% back, $80 to $139.99 earn 2%, and $140 or more earn 3%, paid as store credit for future transfer purchases. The credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used on blanks or Jiffy Made products, and store credit Jiffy issues to resolve an order problem or a return never expires.
How does Jiffy bulk pricing work?
Bulk pricing is based on your cart total and can include any mix of styles. It applies on an item level once your cart reaches $99, and each product page has a bulk buyers chart showing the price per cart total.
Does Jiffy charge for return shipping?
Your first return per order comes with a free return shipping label. Each return after that costs $15 under the current returns policy, and $9.95 under the policy for orders placed before September 30, 2026.
Can I return transfers, stickers or custom-printed shirts to Jiffy?
No. Transfers, gang sheets, stickers, spangles and custom-printed apparel are made for your order after you place it and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged or wrong, it can be reported as a claim.
