For store purchases, a 60-day refund is offered if the keys for a product are exhausted and you have been unable to reveal the key. For bundles, Humble will do its best to maintain a 60-day refund policy if you have not been able to reveal a key for an item.
Humble Bundle's sole remedy is replacement of the product, store credit or a refund, as determined by Humble Bundle in its sole discretion. Where possible, Humble may offer the same game on a different platform as an alternate key.
You must cancel at least seven days before the next Humble Choice bundle distribution to avoid that month's charge. For example, if distribution is on March 8, you must cancel before March 1. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
Humble Choice fees are charged automatically within seven days from the closest business day to the date that month's Humble Choice bundle availability ends. The bundle is typically distributed on the first Tuesday of every month, though that date may change.
