You must complain about your Hockerty order within 30 days after delivery. Alteration refunds also require the invoice within that same 30-day window.
Alteration costs are refunded as store credit if the invoice is sent between 30 and 90 days after delivery, if the order is a free remake, or if it was paid with credit or a gift card.
