Does the Guardian Bikes® Smooth Ride Guarantee cover repairs?
It covers spare parts and repairs for 365 days after delivery, but not tune-ups or normal wear and tear such as tires, tubes, brake pads, and cables. If a bike shop is needed, contact Guardian Bikes® first, then send the invoice to be reimbursed the full repair cost by store credit or refund.

Can Hawaii and Alaska customers get a full refund from Guardian Bikes®?
A full refund of the bike and shipping requires using the donation option. If you ship the item back instead, return shipping is not refunded, only the item and the shipping cost paid to you.
If I return a bike bought with a Guardian Bikes® gift card, where does the refund go?
The refund goes back onto the gift card.
How long does Guardian Bikes® shipping take?
