For domestic online returns, store credit is the only refund option since August 1, 2024, issued as a Golf Wang e-gift card or a loyalty code unique to each customer. Refunds to the original payment method are only issued for damaged or incorrectly shipped orders.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, including pre-order collections, boxers, briefs and hats. Jewelry and shoes cannot be returned if they have been washed or worn.
No. All Golf Wang e-gift cards and store credit are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If a purchase made with an e-gift card or store credit is eligible for return, the refund is issued as store credit.
