How do GetTransfer promo codes work?
Entering a promotional code when you order and pay gives a discount calculated as a percentage of the carrier's price. The discount rate is set for each partner and shown in that partner's Personal Account.
Where does my GetTransfer money go after a Flexible transfer is cancelled?
The amount is shown as due in your Personal Account and can be used to pay for other transfers. It is also returned to your bank account if you request it after a force majeure event ends.
Is GetTransfer the company that drives me?
No. GetTransfer is a booking platform, and when you accept a carrier's offer you enter a transportation contract with the carrier directly, not with GetTransfer.
What happens if a GetTransfer driver refuses or cancels my ride?
You can accept another carrier's offer or cancel the transfer. If the transfer was booked with Flexible access and paid, the amount is returned to your Personal Account.
Will GetTransfer charge extra for waiting or extra driving time?
Waiting or driving time beyond the agreed limits is charged at the tariffs in the carrier's offer, based on the actual time spent. The amount is calculated at the end of the transfer, and you authorize it when you accept the offer.
How do I pay for a GetTransfer ride?
You prepay the full or partial transfer price to GetTransfer, which passes it on to the carrier. Cash can be paid directly to the carrier only if the carrier's offer allows it.
