How do I apply a Fullscript promo code at checkout?
Add your items to the cart, select Go to checkout, click +Apply discount code, type in the code as provided, and select Apply. The discount then appears at the top of the screen and in your total breakdown.
Can I use more than one Fullscript promo code on an order?
You can apply up to one promotion code per order.
Can Fullscript discounts stack with each other?
Yes. All patient discounts stack up to the maximum total discount for your region, which is 35% in the US and 25% in Canada. An auto refill discount is stacked on top of any other applicable discounts when an auto refill order is placed.
What other fees can Fullscript add to a lab order?
Quest testing has a flat $10 draw fee paid at checkout. The authorization network fee is $9.50 per test or blood panel. Custom practitioner fees carry a 5% processing fee.
Does Fullscript charge a service fee on lab tests?
Yes, Fullscript charges a 3% service fee on specialty lab tests. For example, two specialty kits at $100 each carry a $6 fee. It does not apply to blood labs, and it does not apply to orders placed in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island.
Can I get a refund on a Fullscript lab order?
You may be eligible for a refund if your kit hasn't shipped or hasn't been used. Some costs, such as shipping or processing fees, may not be refundable. If a custom fee was added and you request a refund, 95% of that custom fee is refunded.
