- Freebird offers a 30-day return policy from receipt. Items must be in like-new condition with original packaging, except blade refills (unopened) and consumables (at least 3/4 full). A $7.95 fee is deducted from refunds for return shipping; no restocking fee.

Can I pay with Afterpay on Freebird?
Afterpay is available for one-time purchases only. It cannot be used on subscription orders, blade replenishments or shave plans, so remove any subscription items from your cart and the option will appear at checkout.
Will a Freebird refund go to a different card?
No. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Can I exchange a Freebird product?
Exchanges are only available during the 30-day trial. Products must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging, and you email the help team to set up the exchange.
What is the Freebird return window?
Freebird offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. You request a return through the contact form or by emailing [email protected], and refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the warehouse receives the item.
How do I cancel my Freebird subscription and by when?
You can cancel or change a subscription order until 11 PM EST the night before shipment, through the self-service member portal. Replenishments default to every six weeks, and the card is charged once the order is accepted.
