Can embroidered Figs items be returned?

No, embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Final sale merchandise, custom-made products and Stylist Pulls are also not returnable.

If I return something bought with a Figs gift card, where does the refund go?

The refund is credited back to the gift card you used, or to a new gift card, for future use. If you paid partly by gift card and partly by another method, the gift card portion is refunded to the gift card first.
