Fi may offer a free 30-day trial of its membership in select countries, and you pay only for shipping upfront. The trial starts when you activate your device or 7 days after purchase, whichever comes first, and then rolls into a paid one-year membership at $189, or $279 CAD where applicable, or the current one-year price for your country.
Yes, if you terminate and return Fi products under the Fi Return Policy, the associated subscription or membership fees are fully refunded.
Yes, unless you opt out, it renews at the end of each commitment period for the same length at the then-current price. To change or end it, email [email protected].
Fi gift cards can be used for any collar kits or accessories on tryfi.com. The recipient is emailed a link to redeem the gift.
Fi accepts Visa, MasterCard, or any other card issuer it accepts, as well as an account with a third-party service provider. Charges may also go through a financing party where applicable.
