On US returns you pay the return shipping and a transaction fee of 2.6% for credit card payments or 3.6% for PayPal. Return shipping costs vary by product, for example $46 for a DELTA, $17 for a RIVER 2, and $88 for a DELTA Pro 3.
You can return items in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund. Returns are available only for US orders.
