How to apply a code at Dossier
- 1
Copy the code above
Start with the one verified most recently, not the biggest number.
- 2
Go to your cart
Select the cart icon to slide the cart drawer over the page. Then continue to the checkout page.
- 3
Apply your code
On the checkout page, open the promo code section and enter your code in the promo code field. Select the apply button to apply it.
- 4
Check the total dropped
If Dossier shows "Enter a valid discount code or gift card", the code did not work — tell us, and a code shoppers report as failing moves to the bottom of the list.

Dossier coupon questions
Six questions people actually ask us.
How long is a Dossier referral code good for?
A referral code is valid for 30 days from the date it is shared. It expires 30 days after the referred friend makes a qualifying purchase, and each referral code can be used once per referred person.
How does the Dossier refer-a-friend discount work?
Refer a friend to Dossier and you both get $10 when they place an order using your referral code. The referring customer receives a $10 coupon for their next order.
Can I pay with Dossier+ credits, and are they refunded if I return an item?
Since January 1, 2026, Dossier+ credits can only be applied to eligible purchases as a form of payment at checkout, and they have no cash value. If a purchase paid with credits is returned, the credit portion is refunded as Dossier+ store credit.
Do Dossier store credits expire?
Store credits do not expire as long as your Dossier+ membership is not cancelled. When you cancel, you are asked to confirm forfeiting any remaining store credits, and forfeited credits cannot be reinstated.
What happens if Dossier lists the wrong price on my order?
Dossier can refuse or cancel orders for items with an incorrect displayed price, even after an order confirmation or payment. If the order is cancelled, Dossier refunds the amount you paid.
Does Dossier charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are not included in the product price, and the final checkout price can change depending on where you ship. Your shipping destination also affects where the order ships from.
