Ding's marketing team sends promo codes and offers by email, SMS, or displays them on the promotions page and in the app. You must opt in under My Account, then Settings, then Contact preferences to receive them.
Some country promotions include one. For example, the Dominican Republic promotion gives 30% off your first transaction with code DMNEW30.
Ding's help page says to first ask the recipient to check their balance, since Cubacel sometimes adds the bonus to the main balance. If it still has not been applied, contact Ding Customer Service, which will contact Cubacel directly.
Fees vary with the top-up amount or gift card value. The total, including all taxes, fees and charges, is shown before you confirm, and a secure online processing fee may apply that is disclosed before you finalize.
Top-ups are usually applied within a few seconds. If a top-up is not received within 2 hours and the phone number and operator are correct, contact the operator or Ding Customer Care with your order ID, transaction date and phone number.
Ding may apply a fee for sending dingMoney, and any fee is shown clearly at the time of the transaction. There is no foreign exchange conversion when you send dingMoney, and you pay in U.S. dollars.
