Standard shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more, and Ship to Store is free on orders of $30 or more. Express and Next Day shipping are charged at $15 and $25.
The refund is based on the amount you paid after the voucher was applied. The voucher is forfeited and points are not reinstated at the time of the return, though you can contact customer service with your receipt number to move those points to your next voucher.
You earn a $10 voucher for every $100 you spend, excluding sale items, gift cards and shipping, and the spend adds up across visits. Each voucher is single use, expires after 60 days, and needs a minimum spend of $20 to redeem.
