Shipping is included on most items bought on Costco.com. For Costco same-day grocery delivery, the order minimum is $35, and 2-Day grocery orders of $75 or more have no separate delivery fee.
The membership fee covers one 12-month period. Costco will cancel and refund the membership fee at any time if you are dissatisfied.
Executive Members earn an annual 2% reward, capped at $1,250 in any 12-month period, on qualified purchases at Costco, Costco.com and Costco Travel. The Executive upgrade costs an additional $65 a year, and purchases made before upgrading are not eligible for the reward.
Yes. Returning it to any Costco warehouse gives an immediate refund, including shipping and handling fees, and if possible the refund goes back to the card used for the purchase.
No. Costco Shop Cards are not redeemable for cash and their balances are non-refundable. If a Shop Card is lost or stolen and you have proof of purchase, Costco issues a replacement for the current balance.
Costco Technical and Warranty Services extends the manufacturer's warranty by up to 2 years for televisions, projectors, computers and major appliances, from the warehouse purchase date or the delivery date for online orders. Allstate extended plans for TVs must be purchased within 90 days of buying the TV.
