Next Day shipping is $39 if ordered before 11.30am ET Monday to Thursday, with delivery Monday to Friday only. Premium shipping is $18 for 2-3 working days, and Standard shipping is $10 for 5-7 working days.
Prices are normally verified at dispatch. If an order is processed where the pricing error was obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, Club L London may cancel the contract and refund any sums paid.
No, purchases of gift cards do not qualify for points, and purchases made using a gift card do not qualify either. For refunds on orders paid partly by gift card, the funds go to the gift card first.
For US returns, a subsidised return shipping label fee is deducted from your refund. If you return without the pre-paid label, you pay the return postage, and each separate return from the same order incurs its own return fee.
