How much can a CheapOair promo code take off my booking?
The maximum discount from all CheapOair promo codes equals the value of CheapOair's service fees and/or Traveler Assist fees, up to 70%.
Where do I enter a CheapOair promo code?
A valid code must be entered in the promo code link on the payment page to receive the discount. If it is not entered there, the discount cannot be redeemed and has no value.
Can I get a CheapOair service fee refunded if I cancel?
Transaction service fees are generally non-refundable, but a fee is refundable if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of making the booking. Fees for cancellations requested beyond 24 hours are non-refundable.
How much does CheapOair charge in service fees on a flight booking?
On most airfares, CheapOair charges a service fee of up to $50 per passenger, per ticket. Higher caps apply to business and first class ($200), multi-city and open-jaw trips ($100), and fusion or value deals ($100), while call center bookings can range from $15 to $250 per economy passenger.
