How long does it take Charleston Wrap to ship an online order?
Processing usually takes within the week of placement but can take up to 2 weeks. Orders with personalizable or boutique items can take 2 to 3 weeks, and heat-sensitive items such as chocolate placed in the fall are held until after November 1.
What is the Charleston Wrap return policy?
Items bought through Charleston Wrap can be returned for a refund up to 60 days after the recorded delivery date. Charleston Wrap does not offer exchanges.
