Why is my Chairish order paid with rewards on hold or cancelled?
Orders paid in whole or in part with Private Client rewards are not valid until Chairish reviews and accepts them, and Chairish may hold, modify or cancel such an order at its sole discretion.
Chairish Private Client rewards: how do they work?
Private Clients earn a $100 credit, given as a discount code for future purchases, for every $5,000 spent on Chairish, which works out to 2% back.
What if my Chairish order arrives damaged?
Contact Chairish support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and do not contact the seller or shipper directly. The Chairish Buyer Guarantee covers items that do not arrive, are materially different from the listing, or are broken in transit.
Who pays return shipping on a Chairish order?
On approved returns, the buyer pays the full cost of outbound shipping, return shipping and packing, and these are deducted from the refund. International buyers also pay any customs duties and taxes.
How long can I cancel a Chairish order after buying it?
Before shipping, local pickup or local delivery, you may be able to cancel for up to 48 hours after purchase, or up to 24 hours for Made-to-Order items. After that, or once the item has shipped, the cancellation is treated as a return.
How long do I have to claim a refund under the Chairish Authenticity Guarantee?
Contact Chairish within one year of the delivery date with written opinions from two independent, recognized experts, and return the item in the same condition it was in at purchase.
