Does Brilliance ship internationally, and who pays customs fees?
Brilliance ships to a list of listed countries for orders totaling $500 to $25,000 USD in retail value. Customs duties, taxes, fees and import charges are the customer's responsibility and are charged on arrival in addition to the order total.

How many Brilliance gift cards can I use on one order?
