Blurb collects VAT, GST and sales tax where required by law. Its terms also say you pay all taxes on your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred.
Yes, Blurb gives volume order discounts starting at 10 or more copies of the same book, and the cost per unit drops as the copy count rises. Orders of 750 copies or more move to offset printing for better economies of scale.
Blurb ships to a listed set of countries and territories, and you can check your destination and delivery estimate with the shipping calculator. Blurb can't always deliver to remote or outlying regions not on that list, and those orders may take longer.
Blurb's terms say it can change its prices and billing methods at any time, effective immediately on posting on the website or app, or by email. You must notify Blurb of any change to your billing address or card.
The recipient pays any local duties, customs or taxes at delivery, because Blurb does not collect or prepay them. Blurb can't refund shipping costs for delays caused by customs processing.
Report a materially defective book, wall art or other product through Blurb's Order Support within 14 days of receiving it. Blurb will then replace it at its own expense.
