Check that the code has not expired and meets its applicable terms, since certain products may be excluded from promotions. Blizzard Gear Store Support cannot apply a discount to an order retrospectively once it is confirmed, so make sure the discount is subtracted from your subtotal before you submit the order.
Only one promo code can be used at a time, and discounts cannot be stacked.
Shipping is calculated per order at checkout and depends on weight, size and the shipping option you select. Orders that ship in multiple packages can show more than one shipping charge at checkout.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is confirmed or sent to the warehouse. Pre-orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed yet, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Duties and taxes set by the destination country are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Orders placed on the EU store and shipped to the United States or outside the EU are treated as international imports, so extra duties or fees may apply on delivery.
Where possible, the store will either send a replacement or process a refund. File a claim through the online form with your order number, a description of the damage, 2 to 3 clear photos including tags, and your preferred resolution.
