Who pays the shipping when I send a BenQ projector in for warranty service?
BenQ pays the shipping cost for return shipments of products under warranty and aims to service products within 30 days after it receives them. Returned products must include the original packing materials, a description of the problem, proof of purchase and a clearly printed RMA number.
