4 questions people actually ask us.
Order at least four days in advance, because delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for busy floral holidays. Orders placed within four days of a holiday cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds for delivered or attempted-delivery orders cover only the partial or full cost of the arrangements, less any service fee and/or delivery fee.
The Avas Flowers service fee varies based on whether the order is same day or next day, the type of item, proximity to a holiday, the day of the week, the delivery location, and the time of day. It is displayed before the final checkout step.
Notify Avas within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, unfit for use, or materially different from your order. Avas will then offer a re-delivery, a re-delivery of equal or greater value, store credit, or a full refund, with the product returned within seven days by florist pick-up or a prepaid return.
