Does Aura charge a restocking fee or pay return shipping?
Aura charges no restocking fee, and it covers the cost of return postage. After your return request is approved, you receive a prepaid shipping label by email.
Does Aura have a monthly subscription fee?
No. Aura frames do not require a subscription, and unlimited photo storage, photo and video sharing, and the Aura app are included with the purchase.
What payment methods does Aura accept?
Aura accepts most major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Payment must be received before the order is accepted, and the price charged is the one in effect when the order is placed.
How long do I have to return an Aura frame bought on auraframes.com?
Frames bought directly from auraframes.com can be returned within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method. Include all original packaging and accessories.
How long is the Aura frame warranty?
Aura frames have a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing or hardware defects. Aura may ask for proof of purchase, and the warranty covers only the country where the frame was originally bought.
