Can I combine an Athleta promo code with other discounts?
No. The 15% off offer cannot be combined with items labeled Price as marked, any other offers, discounts, or deals, including the Gap Inc. employee discount.
Does the Athleta 15% off code apply to gift cards, taxes or shipping?
No. The offer excludes gift cards, Preloved items, 3rd Party Accessories, packaging, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges.
Does the Athleta Encore credit card give a discount?
All-Access members, which includes all cardmembers, can choose one sale day per year to get 20% off with an Encore Credit Card or a Gap Inc. Credit Card, and Premier members get 15% off once per year. The discount applies at any of Athleta's family of brands, online or in store.
Will Athleta refund me if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
Yes, you can request one price adjustment within 14 days of your order date, refunded to your original form of payment. Items bought with a promotion code or other discount are not eligible unless you used only a free shipping discount, and final sale items are not eligible.
What is the Athleta free shipping minimum?
Online free shipping offers apply to orders of at least $50 after discounts and before taxes, shipped anywhere in the US to a single address, and you must be signed into your online account. Eligible All-Access members get free Standard shipping on orders of $35 or more when using a Gap Inc. or Encore credit card, and Premier and Core members get free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
How long do I have to return or exchange an Athleta purchase?
You have 30 days from the delivery date for online purchases or the purchase date for store purchases. Premier members have up to 45 days and All-Access cardmembers up to 60 days, though returns after 30 days receive a Merchandise Return Card.
