Does ASOS have a student discount code?

Yes. Students sign in or create an ASOS account and submit the student form to get a code. The standard discount is 10%, subject to increases during student promotions, and it stays valid until you graduate.

Why won't my ASOS promo code work?

Enter the code exactly as it was given, with no spaces, in the 'Promo/Student code' box at checkout. Codes can be locked to particular accounts, so the code must be used on the account it was sent to.

How much does ASOS.WORLD cost and what are the tiers?

ASOS.WORLD is completely free to join with an ASOS account. It has four tiers: Stylist (free), Trendsetter (150+ points), Icon (300+ points) and A-Lister (650+ points), with points earned over a 12-month period.

Do ASOS e-gift cards expire, and can I cancel one?

E-gift cards bought in the US have no expiration date. You can cancel an e-gift card within 30 minutes of buying it from 'My Account', but guest orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.

Are ASOS returns free, and is there a return fee?

Returns are free for ASOS account holders on qualifying orders, but $4.95 may be deducted from your refund under the Fair Use Policy, plus sales tax where it applies in your state. Guest checkouts pay a $4.95 returns fee that is automatically deducted from the refund.

Do ASOS.WORLD returns affect my tier?

Yes. If you return purchases after being upgraded, the refunded amount is deducted from your points and tier progress, and you may move down a tier once the refund is processed. To move up to Icon or A-Lister, your return rate must be below 70% across 3 or more orders (from January 2026 onwards).
