Yes. The shipping policy lists free shipping to the UK, Canada and Australia, and to the EU countries it names, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.
Does ANYCUBIC offer free shipping in the US?
Yes. FDM and resin 3D printers, Wash & Cure machines, filament, UV resin and accessories ship free to mainland US addresses, usually dispatched within 1 business day and arriving in 3-8 business days. Malta liquids cannot be shipped.
Are refurbished or second-hand ANYCUBIC printers covered by warranty?
No. Refurbished and second-hand products are excluded from warranty coverage, along with free products.
Who pays return shipping on an ANYCUBIC order?
The buyer pays when the return is for personal reasons and the product has no quality issue, or when a product reported as defective is found to be fault-free. Anycubic does not accept self-pick-up or freight-to-pay returns, and a return must be confirmed before it is sent.
Does the ANYCUBIC warranty require proof of purchase?
Yes. Warranty claims may require payment receipts and confirmation of the original shipping address, and a claim without a valid proof of purchase, order number, receipt or invoice is not covered.
Can I get a refund on an ANYCUBIC order?
Returns and exchanges apply only to products bought from the Anycubic official website. Anycubic refunds the original order amount or the reshipment fee of the product once the returned item passes inspection.
